- Production Scheduling: Build daily and weekly master schedules for CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis cells based on active customer orders.
- Capacity Planning: Balance machine availability, tooling, and operator shifts to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Material Control: Track raw metal or plastic stock via MRP/ERP systems to prevent shop-floor shortages.
- Workflow Monitoring: Track part routing, monitor idle time, and adjust shop schedules dynamically when bottlenecks or machine breakdowns happen.
- Performance Tracking: Measure on-time delivery rates, schedule attainment, and cycle times to find efficiency gaps.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CNC machining processes, setup times, and tooling constraints.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP planning tools and spreadsheet programs.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to re-route jobs quickly under tight delivery deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
