- Plan, schedule, and execute construction activities as per project timelines
- Prepare project budgets, resource plans, and work schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Site Management
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
Quality Control
- Ensure all work complies with design specifications and quality standards
- Monitor finishing works such as plastering, painting, flooring, and waterproofing
- Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to contracts
- Manage procurement and material deliveries
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders
- Provide project updates and reports to senior management
Financial Management
- Monitor project costs and control budget deviations
- Approve bills, verify measurements, and manage cost reports
- Ensure timely billing and payments
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Implement safety protocols at the site
- Ensure compliance with local building laws and approvals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 15–25 years of experience in High Rise Residential building construction projects
- Experience in residential real estate projects
