We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Automobile Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in achieving sales targets, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure productivity.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of overall sales experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Experience in Automobile Sales, Insurance Renewal, Customer Retention, or Automotive Dealerships is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM applications.
- Must be fluent in Kannada and English.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
