About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Intern who has a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and is eager to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day finance operations. Candidates with at least 1 year of practical experience (internship/freelance/full-time) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage customer/vendor billing and invoices.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Pass accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory data preparation.
- Prepare MIS reports and reconcile financial data using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (or pursuing).




- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF, basic data analysis).
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in billing and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with accounting documentation and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
