Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Check line, level, alignment, and measurements before execution.
- Conduct quality inspections for RCC, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
- Verify material quality and maintain material consumption records.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), site logs, and measurement sheets.
- Estimate quantities and verify bills submitted by contractors.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Resolve technical issues at the site and report critical concerns to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Maintain project documentation, including work permits, inspection reports, and checklists.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and construction standards.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation and billing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an added advantage.
- Understanding of quality assurance (QA/QC) and safety practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
