A Mother Teacher is responsible for handling all subjects for a specific class, creating a warm and secure environment, and building strong teacher-student bonds in the formative years of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach all core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) to one assigned section
- Create a positive, child-friendly classroom setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Foster emotional and social development
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in school activities and training programs

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with English or Education background)
- D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in primary classes (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,751.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
