Company: The Baxsaa Co | Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm

Role Summary

Not telecalling. You qualify inbound packaging enquiries, coordinate internally, and convert quotes into orders through disciplined follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client needs (box type, size, qty, budget, timeline)
- Share complete briefs with costing/tech team
- Follow up on quotations → push for samples → close orders
- Update CRM daily; no enquiry unattended >24 hrs
- Coordinate with production after order confirmation

What Success Looks Like

- Faster enquiry → quotation → order
- High follow-up discipline
- Better quote-to-order conversion
- Repeat orders from handled clients

Skills Required

- Robust communication (English/Hindi)
- Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email
- Basic understanding of packaging is a plus

- Repeat orders

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
