Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop BIM Execution plan, BIM Management Plan, QC policies, project standards independently or with the assistance of BIM manager.

· Preparation of Revit families & updating in modelling database.

· Proficient in BIM modelling as well as QC of models.

· Expertize in clash detection using Navis manage.

· Ability to independently manage project coordination in BIM 360 & BIM 360 Docs.

· Manage revisions & history of changes to models.

· Experience in modelling with LoD 300-500 Models & working knowledge of all disciplines with expertise in one or two systems.

· Knowledge in preparation of Project Simulation Report.

· Knowledge in MEPF – Design.

· Experience in Client Meeting for Technical knowledge of transfer/communication.

Experience 8-14 years

Qualification B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical) D.M.E/D.E.E (Mechanical/Electrical)

Desired Profile: Working experience large scale BIM projects of & involved in a modelling / coordination role from an engineering services company

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Navis Manage, Bim 360.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
