Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Erection Engineer to manage the erection and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structures at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, safety compliance, quality control, manpower supervision, and coordination with clients and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Erection

- Execute and supervise PEB steel structure erection activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor structural steel installation, alignment, bolting, and welding activities.
- Ensure work is completed within the project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabrication teams, and site workers for smooth execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.

Project Planning & Coordination

- Plan and monitor site activities to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with Clients, PMC, consultants, and internal departments.
- Review drawings and resolve site execution issues.
- Monitor material availability and ensure timely utilization.

Quantity & Material Management

- Prepare Quantity Estimation and BOQ.
- Track material consumption and perform Material Reconciliation.
- Verify incoming materials and maintain inventory records.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct quality inspections during erection activities.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards,



and approved drawings.
- Report non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Safety Responsibilities

- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks before commencement of work.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S practices at site.
- Inspect the First Aid Box every morning and maintain adequate supplies.
- Identify and control unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure safe execution of work at height and ground level by enforcing PPE usage and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company and statutory safety regulations.

Team Management

- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and erection crews.
- Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
- Train workers on safety practices and quality requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PEB steel structure erection.
- Experience in structural steel installation and site execution.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Familiarity with project planning and progress monitoring.
- Positive understanding of construction safety standards and work-at-height practices.
- Ability to read structural and fabrication drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, or data center projects.
- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and material reconciliation.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
