Core Responsibilities

· Analytical Testing: Perform routine physical and chemical testing (Assay, Dissolution, pH, LOD) on APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), excipients, and finished dosage forms.

· Instrument Operation: Operate and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and Dissolution apparatus.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate, contemporaneous records of all tests in compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GDP.

· Compliance: Identify and investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results, assisting in Root Cause Analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).

· Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all laboratory instruments are calibrated, validated, and properly maintained prior to use.

· Cross-Functional Support:



Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and R&D; teams to resolve manufacturing or product stability issues.

Typical Qualifications & Skills

· Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong, hands-on understanding of chromatography and spectroscopy techniques.

· Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of cGMP, GLP, and pharmacopeial standards (e.g., USP, IP, EP, BP).

· Soft Skills: High attention to detail, robust problem-solving abilities, and robust organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
