Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

- Experience: 3–6 years

- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience

- Age Limit: Up to 31 years

- Education:

- UG: B.Tech, B.Com, BBA

- PG: M.Tech, MBA (Marketing & Sales)

-Salary: 8.4 LPA to 11LPA

Roles & Responsibilities





- Connect with prospective customers and understand their learning needs.

- Counsel students/parents and recommend suitable courses.

- Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling.

- Follow up with leads and maintain robust customer relationships.

- Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
