Wanted Shift Supervisor - Production (Textiles/ Home Textiles/ Garments)

An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading MNC Company in Medical Textiles manufacturing !!!

Urgent requirement

Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners and candidates with Weaving & Knitting exposure will be given high preference.

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Allocate manpower efficiently and manage shift-wise workforce.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine servicing, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production performance and minimize downtime and wastage.
- Maintain shift production records.




- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate shift handovers effectively.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the production floor.

Qualifications :

- Diploma in Textiles or
- Any Bachelor's Degree with relevant production experience.

Experience : Min 0 to 5 years of experience in Textiles, Home Textiles or garment manufacturing.

Job Location :Palladam (Tirupur)

Nature of Work: Three Shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
