Role: SAP MM – Stores / S/4HANA Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM – Stores Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA End-to-End Implementation and Rollout Projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Materials Management, Stores & Inventory Management, with the ability to independently handle SAP MM implementation activities from requirement gathering through Go-Live and post-Go-Live support.

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Rollout:

- Lead/participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementation projects.
- Experience in Rollout projects across multiple plants, locations or business units.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, process study and fit-gap analysis.
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation.
- Configure and support SAP MM processes as per business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, master data validation and reconciliation.
- Handle cutover activities, Go-Live and Hypercare/Post-Go-Live support.
- Prepare user training materials, SOPs and conduct end-user training.

SAP MM – Stores & Inventory Management:

- Strong knowledge of Stores & Inventory Management processes in SAP.
- Configure and support Goods Receipt, Goods Issue,



Stock Transfer, Reservations and Physical Inventory.
- Hands-on experience with MIGO and inventory movement processes.
- Understanding of Plant, Storage Location, Movement Types and Stock Types.
- Experience in Material Master and inventory-related master data.
- Support warehouse/stores process integration with Procurement, Production and Finance.
- Handle stock reconciliation, inventory discrepancies and process improvements.
- Experience with inter-plant/inter-storage-location stock transfers.
- Understanding of P2P and integration with FI, SD and PP.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM on S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementation.
- Strong experience in SAP MM Rollout Projects.
- Robust functional knowledge of Stores & Inventory Management.
- Experience in Business Process Mapping, Configuration, Testing and Go-Live.
- Good understanding of integration with FI, SD, PP and WM/EWM.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with business users and implementation teams.

Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

Must Have:
SAP S/4HANA + SAP MM + Stores/Inventory + End-to-End Implementation + Rollout + Integration Experience .

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
