- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned business processes, providing guidance and resolving process-related queries.
- Manage process escalations, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high service quality.
- Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits, identify improvement opportunities, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Support the training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer of recent and existing team members.
- Create, update, and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, knowledge articles, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency.
- Analyze process metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.
- Prepare, maintain,



and present reports, dashboards, and business insights based on client requirements.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests from clients and stakeholders with accuracy and within agreed timelines.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data analysis, reporting, dashboards, formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and data visualization.
- Participate in client meetings, audits, business reviews, and process discussions as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
