Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Building Care Division as a Contractor based in Indore. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth across Indore and surrounding markets, strengthening customer relationships, supporting distributors, conducting product and application trainings, and expanding the customer base through new business acquisition.

Position: Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop business across Indore, including Dewas, Pithampur, and surrounding territories.
- Drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer training sessions and Customer Service Review Sessions (CSRs)



to enhance product utilization and service effectiveness.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate Building Care solutions.
- Manage distributor relationships to ensure effective market coverage and achievement of business objectives.
- Support distributors with product knowledge, market development initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers to expand the business footprint in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence with management.
