Admission Counsellor

Trillium Foundation is a leading overseas education consultancy helping students achieve their international education goals. We are hiring overseas admission counsellors for our Angamaly branch.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete admission documentation process from application to student departure.
- Verify, collect, organize, and submit student documents for university applications.
- Coordinate with universities to obtain offer letters and track application progress.
- Assist students with visa documentation and application procedures.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Follow up with students, universities, and internal teams throughout the admission and visa process.
- Maintain accurate student records and update application status regularly.




- Provide end-to-end support until the student successfully departs for their destination country.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to learn on your own and be curious.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, CRM management, and documentation processes.
- Prior experience in overseas education or visa documentation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
