Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for an AI Orchestrator (3–6 years) to design and manage AI-powered systems and workflows. You will ensure seamless integration of AI models, platforms, and enterprise applications to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI orchestration frameworks across systems.

- Integrate AI models with enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware.

- Manage and optimize workflows for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams.

- Monitor system performance and resolve complex integration issues.

- Ensure data flow, consistency, and process efficiency.





- Provide technical guidance during implementations.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in AI integration, system orchestration, or automation.

- Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and workflow engines.

- Experience with AI pipelines and deployment processes.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubernetes, etc.).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
