Department: Admissions / Sales Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

The Admission Officer is responsible for counseling students and parents, driving enrollments, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

The role requires strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, curriculum, fee structure, and admission procedures.

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads efficiently.

Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by following up consistently.

Maintain accurate student data and admission records.

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives.





Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant degree preferred).

1–4 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counseling roles (education sector preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and build rapport with students and parents.

Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
