Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Interior Projects to supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior fit-out works and ensure timely and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage carpenters, painters, electricians, ceiling, flooring, and other site teams.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers.
- Check material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Ensure proper safety and housekeeping at the site.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Must have solid knowledge of reading and understanding architectural/interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
- Ability to understand BOQ, measurements, and specifications.
- Good knowledge of carpentry, civil, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and electrical works.
- Good manpower and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Commercial/residential interior project experience preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
