Position: QA Tester Intern

About the Role

Metaminds Studio is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Tester Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and aspiring QA professionals who are passionate about software quality, testing, and delivering seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

The selected candidate will undergo a structured training program, followed by a paid internship. Based on performance, the candidate will be offered a full-time position.

Program Structure

1 to 2 Months Unpaid Training

4 Months Paid Internship

12 Months Full-Time Employment (Based on Performance)

Compensation

Internship Stipend: ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month

Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Test web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, compatibility, and performance.

Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate testing methodologies.

Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure product quality.

Ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment.

Prepare testing reports and maintain testing documentation.

Continuously learn and apply modern QA practices and testing techniques.

Qualifications

Freshers are encouraged to apply.





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Basic understanding of software testing concepts, QA methodologies, and software testing life cycle (STLC).

Knowledge of manual testing principles and bug reporting.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of web and mobile applications.

Knowledge of bug-tracking tools and project management software will be an added advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional QA environment.
