Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting care provided and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and medication therapies.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.




- Participate in training and orientation of new staff members and nursing students.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care and adherence to hospital policies.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical charting.
- Strong assessment critical thinking skills to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
- Familiarity with modern medical equipment and technology.
