JOB DESCRIPTION – RECEPTIONIST / TELECALLER

Department: Administration / Front Office
Position: Receptionist / Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Attend visitors and guide them to the concerned department/person.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area.
- Make calls to customers, vendors, candidates or other contacts as required.
- Answer basic queries and provide necessary information.
- Maintain call records, contact lists and other basic documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for appointments and communication.
- Receive and manage courier, letters and official documents.
- Assist the HR/Admin team with basic administrative work.
- Maintain a qualified and friendly setting at the reception.




- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements:

- 12th Pass with good communication skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Polite, punctual and well-organized.
- Freshers can also apply; experience in Reception/Telecalling will be preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary:12-15k
Benefits: PF & ESI after 3 months (probation period).
