What would you do? The Analyst in Trade Operations is responsible for end-to-end ownership of trade processing, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation for equity and fixed income products. The role acts as a subject matter expert (SME), handling complex transactions, mitigating risk, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, control
What are we looking for? • Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain • Positive verbal and written communication • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO • Willing to work in Indian Holidays Good Verbal Communication Skills Good Written Communication MS Office




Roles and Responsibilities: •• Manage and oversee confirmation and matching of trades with brokers and counterparties • Ensure timely affirmation across global markets (US, EMEA, APAC) • Investigate and resolve complex unmatched or disputed trades • Provide sign-off for high-value or sensitive transactions • Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades in line with T+1 / T+2 cycles • Monitor settlement pipeline and proactively manage settlement risks and fails • Investigate and resolve failed trades, coordinating with custodians, brokers, and clearing houses • Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed • Identify cash breaks (funding, settlement, dividend/interest-related mismatches) • Identify position breaks (quantity mismatches, missing/extra positions) • Analyze root causes such as settlement delays, booking errors, corporate actions impact, or timing differences • Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time • Act as escalation point for critical settlement issues. Provide guidance on complex transactions and exception scenarios • Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed • Perform assignments/tasks • Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time • Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process • Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences • Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings
