About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Generation Executive to build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects for our IT sales team, primarily using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. You'll work closely with the BDM to identify, engage, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research target accounts/decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Build and maintain lead lists segmented by industry, region, company size, and role

Send personalized connection requests and InMails to generate interest

Nurture leads through LinkedIn outreach sequences and follow-ups

Qualify leads based on BANT/ICP criteria before handing off to BDM/Sales

Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho, etc.)

Track outreach metrics (connection acceptance rate, response rate,



meetings booked)

Collaborate with marketing on messaging, content, and campaign alignment

Stay updated on IT industry trends to identify new prospecting opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in IT/SaaS/tech services

Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Boolean search, lead lists, alerts)

Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach/automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Expandi)

Strong written communication skills for cold outreach and follow-ups

Understanding of B2B sales cycles and ICP/buyer persona concepts

Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable with KPIs (leads/meetings per week)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
