Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls (qualified leads will be provided).
- Clearly explain our products/services, features, benefits & value proposition based on customer requirements.
- Conduct timely follow-ups & maintain effective communication to drive successful closures.
- Participate in webinars and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge & sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospects & prepare sales reports.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand market trends, customer insights & sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of sales experience; Ed-Tech sales experience preferred but not mandatory.




- Solid interest in inside sales and technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Ability to understand customer requirements & confidently recommend suitable solutions.
- Energetic, self-motivated & comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
