We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
