Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Quantity Take off incl. BBS preparation from auto-cad, prior to execution of residential/commercial high-rise building projects including civil & plumbing works (Structure + Finishing) works.
2. Proactively engaged in generating drawing requirements for quantity take off, preparing drawing requirement schedule w.r.t construction schedule, procuring working drawings in advance (at least one month prior to start of execution) from Architect department for quantity take-off, preparing & maintaining drawing tracker.

3. Preparing Quantity Control & Material Reconciliation from execution to handover phase, preparing & maintaining master control quantity sheet of entire project w.r.t monthly billing being done by site billing engineer & amending or updating budgeted quantity w.r.t site conditions with proper justification or JMR record.





4. Preparing Required Material Quantity to purchase or planning department in advance to start of construction, cross-checking of material indents coming from site team to purchase department.

5. Assisting in providing budgeted quantities to contracts department in advance to start of construction.

6. Contractor Bill Verification and maintaining quantity control w.r.t budget as per the billing standards and relevant IS codes

Qualification
Bachelor's of Engineering (Civil )
Years of Experience - 4-5 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
