Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, CRM, Production) to align design outputs with project goals.
- Develop and maintain departmental design standards, SOPs, and technical documentation libraries.
- Conduct digital file audits, manage drawing records, and ensure proper version control.
- Analyze weekly drawing data, track pending dispatches, and present status reports to management.
- Provide technical support for ongoing R&D; projects, including prototype design and testing documentation.
- Utilize CAD tools (AutoCAD or equivalent) for detailed design and drafting.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to design optimization.
- Support in preparing presentations, data analysis (Excel), and graphical reports for management review.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD mandatory; SolidWorks/Creo preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities across teams.

Qualification

- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering only

Experience

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in design engineering within a manufacturing or product development workplace.
- Exposure to design coordination, documentation, and R&D; support preferred.
