Job Overview

We are seeking a technically sound and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to drive growth for our process control and automation portfolio. You will be responsible for promoting high-precision technical instruments from global brands to industrial clients.

Location: Kolhapur/ Belgaum/ Goa

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and acquire current B2B customers in sectors like Sugar, Chemical and Manufacturing across our regional territories.

Technical Consulting:

Understand customer requirements for Process Control instruments, Sensors, Controllers etc. to recommend the right solutions.

Site Visits & Demos:

Conduct on-site visits for product promotions and product demonstrations

Relationship Management:

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Lifecycle:

Handle lead generation & follow-ups

Required Qualifications

Education: BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Experience:





1–5 years in industrial sales (Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for sales may also be considered).

Product Knowledge:

Familiarity with process variables (Pressure, Temp, Flow, Level) and process control instruments, sensors etc; Understanding of process Parameters like pressure, temperature, flow and level, as well as knowledge of the related instruments

Soft Skills:

- Ability to work independently,

- Willingness to field Work (Travel)

- Negotiation skills

- Fluency in effectively communication
