Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Principal AI Trainer to design and deliver high-impact AI, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic AI training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML and GenAI technologies, excellent training and facilitation skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners ranging from students and working professionals to senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver advanced training programs on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Develop structured curriculum, courseware, hands-on labs, projects, assignments, assessments, and learning paths.
- Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, workshop, bootcamp, and corporate training programs.
- Train learners on LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, AI Assistants, Fine-tuning, and AI application development.
- Provide practical exposure to tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Hugging Face, LangChain, and other emerging AI technologies.
- Demonstrate real-world AI use cases and guide learners through hands-on projects.
- Explain complex AI/ML concepts in a straightforward, engaging, and practical manner.
- Conduct training needs analysis and customize programs based on learner profiles and business requirements.
- Mentor learners, evaluate projects, provide feedback, and track learning outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging developments in GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, AI automation, and responsible AI.
- Collaborate with SMEs,



instructional designers, product teams, and business stakeholders to continuously improve AI learning programs.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
- Good understanding of TensorFlow / PyTorch / Hugging Face.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, LLM Fine-tuning, and AI Agents.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI, model evaluation, and AI security.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience & Qualifications

- 8–12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, or AI training/consulting.
- Proven experience designing and delivering technical AI training programs.
- Experience training professionals, corporate teams, developers, or senior leadership is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in curriculum development and hands-on project-based learning.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications are an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from backgrounds such as AI Trainer, GenAI Trainer, AI/ML Consultant, AI Instructor, AI Faculty, AI Evangelist, AI Solutions Architect, Data Science Trainer, Principal AI Consultant, or AI Learning Consultant can be considered.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
