Key Responsibilities

Operations & Execution

- Lead end-to-end CaaaS operations in bangalore, ensuring service uptime, SLA adherence, and operational excellence

- Build and manage a central control tower model for real-time monitoring, escalation management, and performance tracking

- Define SOPs, operational workflows, and governance frameworks for multi-city operations

- Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, service quality, and turnaround times

Supply Chain & Asset Management

- Oversee the cooling supply chain network, including asset movement, deployment, utilization, and lifecycle management

- Optimize inventory levels, asset utilization, and reverse logistics

- Manage vendor partnerships for refrigeration equipment, transport, and maintenance services

People & Leadership

- Manage and mentor regional / city managers and functional leads

- Build a high-performance culture across operations teams in a startup setting

- Drive accountability, performance reviews, and capability development





Maintenance & Technical Oversight

- Have a working understanding of refrigeration systems, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and AMC structures

- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance frameworks are implemented across cities

- Collaborate with technical teams to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability

Experience

- Prior experience working with a central control tower managing multi-city operations

- Robust exposure to fast-growing startups or high-velocity operational environments

- Proven experience in expansion and scaling operations across multiple locations

- Experience managing large teams and multiple layers of managers

Skills & Competencies

- Ability to create structured plans and execute at scale

- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and data-driven decision maker

- Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills
