Job Title: Customer Service Assistant (Telecaller)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Assistant (Telecaller) to join our team. Your main job is to speak with customers over the phone, answer their questions, provide information about our products or services, and ensure they have a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

- Make and receive customer calls.
- Answer customer questions politely and clearly.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers when needed.
- Record customer details and update records.
- Handle customer complaints and help resolve issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and the local language.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
- Ability to handle calls patiently and professionally.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
