Education - Commerce graduate/ MBA.

Fresher - 4 years of exp

Role and responsibility-

- Execute early pay-in of securities for trades executed on exchanges.
- Monitor pay-out reports and process timely release of securities to clients
- Process pledge, re pledge, and un pledge transactions as per SEBI and depository guidelines.
- Manage margin collateral movements through depository platforms
- Reconcile pledged securities between back-office systems and DP accounts.
- Track and process corporate actions such as dividends, splits, bonuses, buybacks, and rights issues.
- Allocate corporate action benefits accurately to client accounts.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting related to corporate actions.
- Manage MTF allocation of securities and monitor funding limits.
- Generate and validate daily MTF reporting to exchanges and internal teams.
- Reconcile MTF books and ensure adequate pledge coverage for funded positions.
- Track auction shortages and process auction pay-in of securities as per exchange deadlines.




- Coordinate with the risk and settlement team to ensure compliance with exchange norms.
- Handle auction pay-out and ensure accurate posting to client accounts.
- Daily reconciliation of client holdings, pledged securities, and settlement positions.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulators, auditors, and internal teams.
- Assist in system audits, DP audits, and exchange inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in depository operations, particularly in a brokerage or DP environment.
- In-depth knowledge of NSDL/CDSL systems, exchange settlement mechanisms, and SEBI circulars.
- Familiarity with TM/CM pledge structure, MTF, and settlement cycles (T+1, auction).
- Hands-on experience with DP back-office systems and clearing corporation portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
