We're looking for a creative and performance-focused AI Video Editor who understands modern advertising and knows how to create scroll-stopping videos that convert.

Job Responsibilities

- Create high-converting video advertisements for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Produce engaging short-form content including Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Use AI tools to generate marketing videos, product videos, UGC-style ads, animations, and promotional creatives.
- Edit videos for D2C brands focused on increasing engagement, leads, and sales.
- Develop compelling hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and performance teams to execute campaign ideas.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI tools,



and social media algorithms.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives.
- Experience creating AI-generated marketing videos.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
- Experience with AI tools such as:
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Veo
- Pika
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT
- ElevenLabs
- HeyGen
- Other AI video generation tools
- Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and storytelling.
- Understanding of social media content formats and advertising best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies or D2C Brands.
- Ability to create viral, engaging, and sales-driven content.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads creative strategies and direct-response marketing.
- Strong creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
