Social Media Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including Reels, posts, stories, videos, and property showcases.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and content calendars.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote properties, projects, offers, and company updates.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate quality leads and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and real estate marketing trends.
- Track performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and growth.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and agencies when required.
- Manage comments, messages, and online enquiries professionally.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, construction, luxury,



or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Good understanding of Reels, short-form video content, Instagram algorithms, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with solid communication and content-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of previous social media work will be preferred.

Someone who can build a strong real estate brand online, create engaging content, increase followers and enquiries, and turn social media into a consistent source of leads.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
