Position

Mentor cum Client Relationship Executive

This is more than a telecalling role. We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with educational institutions, build relationships, coordinate appointments, and eventually become the primary point of contact for our clients.

Probation Period

- Duration: 1 Month
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Daily reporting and follow-up updates are mandatory.
- Performance will be evaluated based on communication, discipline, reporting quality, and appointment generation.

After Successful Probation

- Work from our Kochi office.
- Take ownership of assigned clients.
- Grow into a Client Relationship, Operations, and Account Handling role.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify educational institutions.
- Contact decision-makers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Introduce Metamorphic's Pilot Programme.
- Generate qualified appointments for the Business Consultant.
- Follow up until the institution is ready for discussion.




- Maintain CRM and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate meetings and presentation schedules.
- Handle onboarding communication after client confirmation.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Collect feedback, suggestions, and requirements from institutions.
- Coordinate internally with the operations team to ensure smooth client experience.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication.
- Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work independently from home during probation.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

- Experience in Telecalling, BDE, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Customer Support, or Client Relationship.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
