Job Description
Supervise compliance of CGMP, GxP and any other applicable regulatory requirement, including EH&S; requirements.
To ensure timely updation of all logbooks of Purified water systems of Block1, Block3, Block4, Quality Control and Potable Water system.
To handle QAMS, EDMS, Caliber E-log related activities of engineering department.Allocation of Jobs to technicians and issuing of spares, if required from engineering stores.
To perform HVAC revalidation as per planner.
Operation and maintenance of HVAC System and Purified Water System.
Raising of purchase indents for spares, Clearance of GRN.
Preparation of GMP documents like Equipment qualification, SOPs etc. of HVAC System and Purified Water System.
Preventive Maintenance of HVAC / Water system equipment as per schedule and WCOM of PM orders in SAP.
To ensure sectional training compliance of workmen in CETMS.
Shift Breakdown Maintenance.
Work Experience
4 to 6 years.
