JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the design team in creating visually engaging content while learning and growing in a cooperative, fast paced environment. This role is perfect for someone at the early stage of their design career who is eager to build hands-on experience and strengthen their creative skills.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in creating designs for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Support the development of visual assets such as banners, posters, presentations, and basic infographics.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Implement feedback and revise designs under guidance from senior designers or the team.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Organize and manage design files and assets.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to improve creative skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

What We’re Looking For





- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Basic to good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow professionally.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Motion graphics or basic video editing knowledge.
- Experience creating creatives for digital marketing or social media.
- A portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or freelance work.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Work Schedule
Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
