Key Responsibilities:

Ø Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities.

Ø Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Ø Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and intemal teams.

Ø Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

Ø Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site discipline.

Ø Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and effectively.

Ø Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Ø Conduct site measurements and verify bills/invoices where required.

Ø Support senior management with planning and execution strategies

Ø Continuously leam and adopt new construction mefrods,



materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

1—3 years of relevant site execution experience (Freshers with strong potential may also apply).

Strong understanding of construction processes and site management. Ability to read drawings and technical documents.

Valuable communication and coordination skills. ( prefer English, Hindi and Kannada)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
