Credit Analyst – Business Lending

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to evaluate and process business loan proposals. The candidate will be responsible for assessing borrowers' financial health, analyzing creditworthiness, preparing credit appraisal notes, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs to facilitate timely sanctions and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze loan proposals and assess borrowers' creditworthiness.
- Review financial statements, GST returns, ITRs, bank statements, and other financial documents.
- Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CAN) and recommend suitable loan structures.
- Evaluate repayment capacity, cash flows, profitability, and financial ratios.
- Conduct risk assessment and identify potential credit concerns.
- Coordinate with relationship managers, banks, NBFCs, and clients for documentation and query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with lender policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate MIS, portfolio reports, and credit documentation.




- Stay updated with banking guidelines and lending policies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of business lending and credit appraisal.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess repayment capacity.
- Understanding of working capital and term loan assessment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility

- MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CFA, or Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Experience in business lending and working capital finance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
