Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Europe Admissions Counselor to manage end-to-end admission process for public universities across Europe, with a strong focus on Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Finland, and Poland. The role requires in-depth expertise in public university systems, eligibility criteria and documentation to ensure a smooth student journey from application to visa.

Key Responsibilities

- Experience in Student Counselling and mentoring
- Manage the complete admissions lifecycle for European public universities
- Conduct detailed profile assessments and guide students on suitable public university options based on eligibility and academic background
- Assist with university shortlisting aligned with country-specific admission requirements and intake timelines
- Bridge the gap during end-to-end process of documentation, including SOPs, LORs, academic transcripts, CVs, and application forms
- Guide students on visa documentation and pre-departure processes specific to public university requirements
- Collaborate closely with servicing and application teams to improve application-to-enrollment conversions




- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance standards
- Deliver a seamless and skilled student experience throughout the admission journey

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in European public university admissions
- Strong understanding of Germany public university process (APS, Uni-Assist mandatory)
- Exposure to Netherlands, Finland, Italy, Poland admission systems preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy
