Must have skills

Must have minimum 6-12 years of experience as a functional consultant

Minimum 3 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015

Meet with the business users and gather application requirements use cases user stories and develop strategies to meet those needs

Document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same

Gather business information from multiple sources perform analysis and provide consolidated analysis

Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements

Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements

Help prioritize requirements and create mockups

Planning and coordination of new enhancements with the development team

Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios

Documenting asis and tobe within accurate and detailed scoping documents

Experience in supporting presales activities is an advantage

Good to Have Skills

Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation

Basic knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and

Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model

MS CRM configruation knowledge

Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
