Job Description

Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to join our project team in Hisar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the contractor construction industry, with expertise in handling billing activities for building/high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify client (RA) bills and subcontractor bills.
- Measure quantities as per approved drawings and site progress.
- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the project execution team for billing documentation.
- Maintain billing records, work orders, and measurement sheets.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and certification.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for billing approvals.




- Prepare material reconciliation and project progress reports.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the contractor construction industry.
- Experience in building/high-rise construction projects is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and RA billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
