Accounting & Inventory Executive – Demould

Location: Multi-unit — Rohini, Mayapuri, Kirti Nagar

Role: This role combines bookkeeping with end-to-end inventory management across all three locations. We're looking for someone smart, systems-oriented, and able to think critically and act independently — not just follow instructions, but spot problems and fix them.

What you'll do:

Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts
- Record and reconcile transactions accurately and on time

Inventory Management

- Manage inventory across Rohini, Mayapuri, and Kirti Nagar — raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and gifting supplies
- Track stock-in and stock-out at each location with proper documentation
- Maintain accurate, real-time stock records

Wastage Control

- Monitor and control wastage across all units
- Identify causes of wastage and work with teams to reduce it

Stock Levels

- Define and maintain desired stock levels (min/max) for each item at each location




- Raise timely alerts for reordering before stock runs critical

Liquidating Old Stock

- Identify slow-moving and aging stock
- Work with the sales and store teams to liquidate old stock before it becomes wastage

Systems & Process

- Build a systematic, repeatable approach to inventory tracking and reconciliation across all locations
- Create trackers, formats, and checks that reduce errors and dependency on manual follow-up
- Continuously improve the system as the business scales

Requirements:

- Robust understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
- Comfortable working with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and inventory trackers
- High ownership mindset — able to work independently across multiple locations
- Critical thinker who can spot gaps and propose solutions, not just report problems
- Prior experience in F&B;, retail, or inventory-heavy business is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
