Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, conversion tracking, and lead generation with a strong focus on maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Create high-converting lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and ROI.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Implement conversion tracking and event tracking across websites and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the design, content,



and development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while achieving business objectives.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization and bidding strategies.
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
