Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA) to join our Edappal team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech or service sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate admissions while mentoring junior sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and learning solutions.
- Generate admissions by converting qualified leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and clients.
- Handle walk-ins and provide personalized course guidance.
- Mentor and support junior Business Development Associates to improve their sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
