Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, campaign optimization, lead generation, analytics, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while achieving targeted Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Create audience segmentation and retargeting campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the designing team to develop high-converting ad copies, banners, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.




- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Optimize website landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Professional is an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness marketing is a plus.
