- Provide professional counselling to students based on their needs and concerns
- Understand student background and assess academic, career, or personal goals
- Guide students on suitable courses, programs, or career paths
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions (in person / telephonic / online)
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience
- Address queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner
- Meet counselling targets and contribute to enrolment or conversion goals
- Stay updated on courses, policies, and industry trends
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical counselling practices
- Provide post-counselling support and regular follow-ups
