- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and other joining documents.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
