Job Role & Responsibilities

- Source & Screen: Identify qualified healthcare professionals (Nurses, Carers, Care Assistants) for placement in the UK healthcare sector.
- Compliance Checks: Coordinate the collection of essential documentation.
- Candidate Engagement: Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to deployment.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate tracking systems accurately.

Candidate Requirements

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory (UK client-facing role).
- Education: Graduate in any stream (HR specialisation is a plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience (For Experienced):



Prior experience in International Recruitment, US/UK staffing, or Healthcare recruitment is highly preferred. Freshers must have a quick learning curve and a proactive attitude.
